Elaine began her financial career by building a personal practice focused on helping families establish Registered Education Savings Plans (RESPs) for their children. As her client relationships deepened, so did the complexity of their financial needs. This inspired Elaine to broaden her expertise and pursue more comprehensive financial planning and insurance solutions. She became a licensed Financial Advisor by completing the Life License Qualification Program (LLQP).
Becoming a mother further fueled Elaine’s passion for supporting young professionals and growing families. She is driven to help family planners save and build wealth, protect what matters most, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
Elaine is currently working toward the Qualified Associate Financial Planner (QAFP) designation through FP Canada; an organization dedicated to advancing financial planning and promoting financial wellness nationwide. She is also an active member of Advocis, The Financial Advisors Association of Canada, where she stays connected with industry trends and best practices.
Originally from Corner Brook, Elaine now lives in Labrador City with her husband and two-year-old son. She serves clients remotely across the province, leveraging technology to help individuals and families align their finances with their values and goals.
Fun fact: Before entering the world of finance, Elaine worked as an American Sign Language (ASL)/English interpreter – a role that continues to shape her approachable, client-first communication style.
