As a freelance professional in the theatre arts community, Mara’s industry had been hit hard by the pandemic. When she initially reached out to a member of the Lupin Planning Group team, her goal was to gain better clarity around her cashflow and to build in contingency for the future.
In those early conversations, we focused on income protection, tax planning and building emergency savings. Building a plan that was meaningful to Mara removed her financial stress, freeing her up to focus on more ambitious career goals.
When Yale University offered her a scholarship to study at the David Geffen School of Drama a couple of short years later, she had the financial freedom to say, “Sign me up!!”
She heads to Connecticut in late summer to begin this next exciting chapter. We can’t wait to see where your career heads!
